Email – Dedicated

Dedicated emails sent on behalf of Irvine Spectrum Center provide a great opportunity to send an impactful message regarding your event/announcement to a targeted readership of influencers. Depending on target reach, distribution can average 71,000 readers. There is no cost to participate in this program.

Our templates are custom built to showcase your message while preserving the Irvine Spectrum Center brand image. Due to this, background colors and email layout are subject to change. Further, submitted copy is subject to editing to maintain the consistent voice of our brands.

Requirements:

Requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, pending availability. Due to high demand, it is recommended to reserve space at least 3 to 4 weeks prior to the desired email broadcast date.
The email message must promote an event, exclusive offer, or promotion and include a strong call to action. Each story and offer must be approved prior to date confirmation.
Submissions must include the story (text copy), logo (jpg), header art image (jpg), and URL link to guide the reader for more information.
The header art image must be built to spec. Image should be clean with little to no text and be less than 50kb. Header size options include:
- 1280x1208px at 300dpi resolution
- 1280x912px at 300dpi resolution
- 1280x640px at 300dpi resolution
All assets should be delivered to Irvine Company Retail Properties at least 2 weeks prior to run date to allow for development and approvals.
The marketing department has final approval on all artwork and copy submitted.
Merchant will be required to document results (number of event attendees, redemptions, sales, etc.) and provide results to Irvine Company Retail Properties.
