How It Works

We take great pride in the look and feel of our shopping centers. That is why we have created the resources to help you do the same with your store. We realize that many of our retailers have strong business relationships already in place. The free tools provided are offered through our vendors, however, the paid tools provide options for pre-screened and tested vendors who meet our insurance requirements. You are also permitted to use your own vendor if they meet the requirements.

Step 01 / Select Service(s)

Visit the various tabs across the home screen to see the services we offer through this online store. Most services are FREE but there are some resources we refer that may have an associated cost. We only recommend vendors that carry the necessary insurance to be at our centers or work with our company. We take great pride in the look and feel of our shopping centers. That is why we have created the resources to help you do the same.

Step 02 / Add it to Cart

We understand your needs are UNIQUE! Our team is ready and waiting for your requests. Choose the service item(s) you would like and complete each section. Don’t forget to add it to your cart! We can’t process your request until you hit the submit button to check out of your shopping cart. Depending on the purpose of your request, someone from marketing and/or operations will get back to you.

These services are available for retailers for quick and easy use. This system ensures your needs are being met in a timely fashion as we can start processing your request as soon as you hit submit. When you find what you are looking for, place it in your shopping cart and when you’re done, check out!

Step 03 / Check Out

You’ll receive an email with a link to a proof or in cases when it is a custom piece, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you have a service request, you may receive a phone call or follow up call to ensure your needs were met. Custom orders range between 3 to 5 days depending on the complexity of the job.

Depending on the service requested and the work involved, services can be free or incur an expense. In some cases, we’ve been able to negotiate some great services for our retailers and you’ll notice special pricing associated with those products. By doing this, we are extending our retailers access to great looking brand assets at a very affordable cost!
