Retail Therapy / Online Offer Program Participation

Retail Therapy is an exclusive special offers service for merchants at Irvine Company retail centers.

We run 3-month campaigns where merchants can offer discounts on products and/or services. Customers can access these offers by visiting IrvineCompanyRetail.com and clicking on the Special Offers section in the menu bar. Alternatively, customers can access the dedicated Retail Therapy website at RetailTherapyApp.com. Customers can also access these offers via our dedicated Retail Therapy mobile app, which is available for download in the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

Customers can simply show the offer on their mobile device to redeem in-store. Customers are required to press “Redeem” within the app. If a customer redeems a printed offer, Irvine Company Retail Properties requires merchants to track offer redemptions.

There is no cost to participate in this program other than the discount you provide on the offer. The following are included on the offer itself: store logo, store name, shopping center name and location, store phone number, offer details, disclaimer, expiration date, and a barcode/QR code/promo code (if desired; must be supplied by merchant).

Retail Therapy may be promoted through the following marketing programs:

  • Direct mail to homes in Irvine, Tustin and/or Newport Beach
  • In-center posters
  • Email campaigns sent to Retail’s customer database
  • Other advertising outreach, as appropriate, throughout the year

Program Components:

  • Marketing will contact merchants every 3 months for participation
  • Merchant will be required to submit offer details via this page
  • Launch dates are scheduled on Aug 1, Nov 1, Feb 1, and May 1
  • Offers will be valid for 3 months but can be revised or removed as needed
