Poster Program

Welcome to the Irvine Company poster program. Our posters are installed in high-traffic areas throughout our shopping centers, and circulate every 2 months. There is no cost to participate in this program, and requests are on a first-come first-served basis.

There are two poster program options for you to choose from. Please read the details carefully.

Option #1: Designing & Uploading Your Own Print-Ready Artwork

Templates:     

Instructions:

  1. Design your poster to be 22” wide x 28” tall at 300 dpi (6600 x 8400 pixels)
  2. Keep art & text 2 inches from all edges so the poster frame doesn’t cover it.
  3. You must include a web address (URL) and location description. (Ex: “Located next to Ralphs” or “Located between Ralphs and Trader Joe’s”)
  4. Check your file quality! When you zoom in 100%, ensure that you don’t see visible pixelation (looks blocky/blurry) or signs of low quality photography, logos, and text. 
  5. Upload your print-ready PDF through the form at the bottom of this screen. Then be sure to check out of your shopping cart.

Notes:

  • Artwork must not exceed 10MB. If you want to send higher-resolution artwork, we recommend following the instructions in this link: Upload Your Artwork Here
  • All fonts must be embedded or text outlined in files.
  • Unusable or incomplete poster art will not be included in the rotation.
  • English is the only language permitted on posters.
  • Irvine Company will print and install in 1-2 holders at no cost to you.

Option #2: Irvine Company Designs

If you choose this option, Irvine Company will design your poster for you using your information below and our poster template.

In order to design a poster for you, we need some basic info:

  1. Headline: 3-10 words that identify your promotion
  2. Description: 25 words max. Must include an offer, event, new product or special service introduction.  Message must remain valid for the entire 2 months the poster is displayed.  
  3. Essential Business Info: Must include store phone number and website URL
  4. Location description: For example, “Located next to Ralphs” or “Located between Ralphs and Trader Joe’s”
  5. One Photo: You can suggest a high-resolution image. Minimum usable resolution is 3300 x 4200 pixels. Stock photography is also available to you at no charge. We have the right to substitute a stock image if needed for any reason. Art files must not exceed 10MB.
  6. Logo: Provide a vector format logo. Vector logos are often in EPS, SVG, or PDF formats, and do not get blurry or pixelated no matter what zoom level. Test your logo before uploading. (See examples below)
  7. Check out of your shopping cart to submit your free order. You will receive a confirmation order # via email.

Checking your files:

Vector Files – do not get blurry no matter how much you zoom in

 Image Files – low-resolution images get blurry when you zoom in
