Event Listing on ShopTheMarketPlace.com
ShopTheMarketPlace.com is a great resource to announce merchant events as the website, which is maintained daily, features a dedicated Events page. There is no frequency limitation to Event Listings – we’d love to feature your events and promotions as often as you have them! There is no cost to participate in this program.
Guidelines:
- The event, special offer, or promotion must be hosted at your store located within Fashion Island
- Copy should be written in the third person (i.e. “Merchant Name invites you to attend this event!” rather than “We invite you to attend this event!”)
- Submit an image, flyer, and/or URL to be included directly in Event Listing (optional)
- Provide clear call to action
- The marketing department has final approval of artwork and copy submitted
Here are some Event Listing ideas. Merchants can promote:
- Grand opening celebration
- New product/service launch
- Seasonal menu items
- Happy hour specials
- New client specials
- In-store events – designer personal appearances, trunk shows, game watch, holiday event, fashion show, etc.
- In-store sales – Friends & Family, gift with purchase, annual sale, etc.
- Rewards/loyalty program sign-up offers
